Meet the Founder
Zahra Madadi is a Canadian Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PHCNP), an Athabasca University graduate, and the Clinical Lead and Founder of VitaRoute Health. Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), she has experience in primary care and family-practice settings, critical care, medical aesthetics, and wellness. She is also certified in Hormone Replacement Therapy through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM).
Zahra holds a Clinical Educator Certificate from the Michener Institute and has served for many years as a clinical facilitator, instructor, and mentor, supporting critical care nurses and other healthcare professionals in developing their clinical knowledge and skills.
Working alongside a dedicated nursing team and a network of healthcare professionals, the VitaRoute Health team provides personalized, evidence-informed care while supporting nurses and future Nurse Practitioners through clinical education and professional mentoring.
